Detailed Terms and Conditions of the 'Professional Cashback' Promotion

§ 1. General Provisions

1. The organizer of the promotional campaign named 'Professional Cashback' (hereinafter: 'Promotion') is Gaz-Bud Pro Jakub Zborowski, headquartered in Warsaw (01-318), 15 Doroszewskiego St., Apt. 9, NIP: 5222735609 (hereinafter: 'Organizer').

2. The Promotion is conducted through the online store operating at www.gaz-bud.pl (hereinafter: 'Store').

3. The Promotion lasts from September 22, 2025, at 00:01 to September 30, 2025, at 23:59.

§ 2. Promotion Participants

1. Any natural person with full legal capacity, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality who makes a purchase in the Store during the Promotion period may participate in the Promotion (hereinafter: 'Participant').

2. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§ 3. Promotion Rules

1. The subject of the Promotion is the opportunity to receive a gross cashback of PLN 50 for every full PLN 1000 gross value of a single, one-time order placed and paid for in the Store during the Promotion period.

  • An order worth PLN 1000 to PLN 1999.99 gross entitles you to a PLN 50 refund.
  • An order worth PLN 2000 to PLN 2999.99 gross entitles you to a PLN 100 refund.

3. Delivery costs are not included in the order value used to calculate the refund.

4. The Promotion applies to the entire range available in the Store.

5. Order values placed during the Promotion period are not cumulative. The basis for calculating the refund is the value of a single, paid order.

6. The Participant may participate in the Promotion multiple times by placing subsequent orders that meet the terms of the Regulations.

§ 4. Refund Payment

1. The condition for receiving the refund is full payment for the order.

2. The refund will be paid by bank transfer to the account specified by the Participant.

3. After the payment for the order has been credited, an employee of the Organizer will contact the Participant by email (or telephone) to obtain or confirm the bank account number for the refund payment. The Participant is obliged to provide a correct bank account number.

4. The refund will be paid within 2 business days from the moment the Organizer receives the correct bank account number from the Participant.

5. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete transfer details provided by the Participant.

§ 5. Withdrawal from the Contract and Return of Goods

1. If the Participant exercises their statutory right to withdraw from the sales contract and returns all or part of the order, the right to receive the cashback refund is canceled if the final value of the order (after deducting the value of the returned products) falls below the monetary threshold entitling the Participant to the refund (as specified in § 3, para. 1).

2. If the cashback refund has already been paid and the Participant returns goods resulting in the loss of the right to this refund, the Participant is obliged to return the received cashback amount to the Organizer's bank account within 7 days from the date the withdrawal from the contract becomes effective.

§ 6. Personal Data Protection

1. The Organizer is the personal data controller of the Participants' data.

2. The Participants' personal data, in particular the bank account number, will be processed solely for the purpose of implementing the Promotion, i.e., paying the cashback refund, as well as for accounting purposes.

3. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to receive the refund under the Promotion.

4. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy on the Store website.

§ 7. Final Provisions

1. These Regulations are the sole document specifying the rules of the Promotion.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations in the event of a valid reason. Changes may not infringe upon the rights acquired by the Participants.

3. The Promotion is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Act of November 19, 2009, on Gambling.

4. Matters not regulated by these Regulations shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Store's terms and conditions.

5. All complaints regarding the Promotion should be submitted by email to biuro@gaz-bud.pl within 14 days of the end of the Promotion. Complaints will be considered within 14 business days.

6. The Regulations enter into force on September 22, 2025.
