A well-prepared substrate is 80% of the success of any flooring:
Grinding removes cement milk, weak concrete fragments, and opens the pores of the substrate, so that the resin or varnish has something to "grip". Without this, you risk coating delamination, bubbles, and rapid destruction of the new floor.

How we work step by step:
1. Contact and preliminary estimate
Photos, room description, planned system (resin/polished concrete/other flooring).
2. On-site inspection
Assessment of the concrete condition, hardness, moisture, and any necessary repairs.
3. Selection of tools and grit sizes
We select diamond segments based on the scope of work (heavy grinding / gentle polishing / buffing).
4. Grinding + dust extraction
Work with a planetary grinder and industrial vacuum cleaner – minimal dust, uniform finish.
5. Optional: resin system or coating
Upon request, we immediately apply the primer and subsequent resin layers (C1, S1, PU, etc.) or concrete impregnation.
