Step-by-Step Application Guide:

Proper application is key to achieving optimal results.

1. Preparing the substrate and mold: Make sure that the wood or other materials are completely dry (moisture content < 4%) and clean. The mold must be sealed and protected with a release agent to prevent the resin from sticking.

2. Mixing the components: Measure the ingredients in a precise weight ratio: 100 parts DECO resin to 30 parts DECO K hardener (100:30). Mix slowly but thoroughly for about 3-4 minutes, paying attention to the material collected from the walls and bottom of the container. After mixing, add the pigments.

3. Application (Pouring): Work at an ambient temperature of 20-25°C. Pour the mixture slowly to minimize trapped air. The maximum recommended thickness for a single layer is 40 mm (4 cm).

4. Curing: Initial curing occurs after about 48 hours (at 20°C). The product achieves full mechanical and chemical strength after 7-14 days. During this time, the surface should be protected from dust, moisture, and temperature changes.

With 65 kg of ready-to-use mixture (50 kg resin + 15 kg hardener), you can make:

• approx. 5–7 large "river tables" (100 x 50 cm, 3–4 cm pour)
• approx. 15–20 smaller tabletops or decorative panels
• dozens of smaller projects – e.g., lamps, planters, 3D decorations

Dyes – how much is enough?

The set contains 11 colors of dyes, 30 ml each = 330 ml in total
Dosage: approx. 0.2–3% of the mixture volume (depending on color intensity)
