2K UV polyaspartic topcoat – clear (Matte / Gloss)

Fast-drying, premium topcoat for epoxy and polyurethane systems, microcement, and concrete. Creates a hard, smooth, and easy-to-clean coating with very high abrasion resistance, stain resistance, and resistance to typical cleaning agents. Thanks to its good UV resistance (low tendency to yellow), it is particularly suitable for light colors and areas with high light exposure.

Matte provides a modern, "natural" effect without reflections and better hides minor substrate imperfections. Gloss enhances the color, deepens the effect, and provides an elegant "mirror" finish. Ideal where a very quick return to use is essential: garages, workshops, warehouses, offices, showrooms, corridors, and stairs (also as a topcoat over flakes).

Why choose it:

• Express drying and curing – short downtime and a quick "return to the site"
• High mechanical resistance (abrasion, scratches) and durable finish
• Chemical resistance to typical cleaning agents and operational soiling
• Good color retention under UV (compared to classic PU)
• Easier cleaning thanks to the smooth, sealed surface
• Excellent adhesion to resin systems and mineral substrates (when properly prepared)

Mixing ratio (2K): A:B = 100:50 (by weight)
Pot life (20°C): approx. 10 minutes (fast-reacting product; prepare tools and work efficiently)
Next coat: after approx. 1–3 hours (according to the product's intercoat window)
Full cure: 3 hours (depending on conditions and traffic)

Coverage / coat: smooth epoxy/PU 0.08–0.12 kg/m²; microcement/concrete (after proper priming) 0.10–0.18 kg/m². We recommend 2 thin coats instead of one thick coat.

Kits (A+B) and coverage / 1 coat: 1.25 kg ≈ 10–15 m², 3.0 kg ≈ 25–40 m², 6.0 kg ≈ 50–80 m², 12.0 kg ≈ 100–160 m² (based on typical coverage of 0.08–0.12 kg/m²).

Application (abbreviated):

• Prepare a clean, dry, and sound substrate.
• Scuff epoxy/PU (e.g., P120–P180), thoroughly dust and degrease.
• Mix low-speed, thoroughly scraping the material from the sides and bottom. Due to the ~10-minute pot life, we recommend double-potting (pouring into a clean bucket and mixing briefly).
• Apply thinly with a short-nap roller or by spraying, evenly, without "dry pulling".
• Protect from dust and drafts; monitor temperature and humidity.

Health and safety: 2-component product (polyaspartic resin + isocyanate hardener). Use gloves and safety glasses, work in a ventilated area. When spraying, use a mask with appropriate filters. Perform a test on a sample area of the substrate.
