Flexible, durable coating based on modified polyol resins (A) and polyisocyanate hardener (B). Suitable as a crack-bridging layer, waterproofing membrane in parking systems, and as a top layer for polyurethane screeds. The solvent-free formula supports low VOC emissions and user comfort.

Mixing and application instructions (summary)

1. Briefly mix component A, then add component B in a ratio of 100 : 35 (by weight).
2. Mix for 2–3 min with a low-speed mixer, scraping material from the walls/bottom of the container.
3. Pour into a clean bucket (so-called double mixing) and briefly mix again.
4. Apply with a trowel/roller; avoid over-spreading the material.
5. Observe the pot-life – do not thin or thicken the material after it has expired.

Substrate preparation

• Mineral substrate: load-bearing, clean, dry; concrete moisture content usually < 4% CM (according to the system).
• Remove cement milk, weak layers, and grease; if necessary, grind/shotblast.
• Prime with primer resin (Epidian Floor G1).

Health and safety and disposal

• Use gloves, goggles, and appropriate respiratory protection.
• Ensure ventilation; avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Dispose of waste and packaging in accordance with local regulations.
