Professional GAZ-BUD PRO repair kit designed for repairing, reinforcing and finishing surfaces made of laminate and plastics. It is ideal for filling gaps, cracks, scuffs and damage in fiberglass components, as well as protecting the repaired surface with white topcoat.

The kit contains everything you need to make a durable repair: Polimal polyester resin from Sarzyna, white topcoat in your choice of colour, MEKP hardener, 1 m² glass matting, roller with handle, tray and sandpaper.

What is the GAZ-BUD PRO repair kit used for?

The kit is designed for repairing and finishing laminate and plastic surfaces, such as:

How does the kit work?

The repair is carried out in two main stages.

Step 1 – laminate repair with polyester resin 1094

Polyester resin 1094 is used to rebuild and reinforce the damaged area. When mixed with MEKP hardener, it can be used on its own or with glass matting. The matting reinforces the repair and helps restore the durable structure of the laminate.

Step 2 – topcoat protection

White topcoat RAL 9003 is applied to the repaired surface as a finishing layer. It protects the repair, improves sealing and provides an attractive, smooth and glossy finish.

Directions for use

1. Prepare the surface – clean, sand and thoroughly degrease the repair area.
2. Cut the glass matting to the appropriate size so that it covers the damaged area with a margin.
3. Mix the Polimal polyester resin with MEKP hardener at a ratio of 1–2%.
4. Apply the resin to the surface, lay the glass matting and saturate it with resin.
5. Remove air bubbles with the roller, pressing the matting against the substrate.
6. Leave to harden – working time is approx. 10–20 minutes, full curing up to 24 hours.
7. After hardening, sand the surface to level the repaired area.
8. Mix the topcoat with MEKP hardener at a ratio of 1–2%.
9. Apply a thin layer of topcoat with a brush or roller. If necessary, a second layer can be applied after the initial curing.
