PU UV 2K polyurethane varnish – clear (Matte / Gloss)

Durable, elegant topcoat for epoxies, microcement, concrete, and wood. The coating is hard, easy to clean, and abrasion-resistant, as well as resistant to dirt and common cleaning products. Matte provides a modern, “natural” effect without reflections; Gloss enhances the color and creates a “mirror” effect. Ideal for garages, offices, and showrooms, as well as countertops and stairs—anywhere appearance and ease of maintenance are important.

Coverage / coat: smooth epoxy/PU 0.08–0.12 kg/m²; microcement/concrete 0.10–0.18 kg/m²; wood 0.08–0.12 kg/m². We recommend 2 thin coats.

Kits (A+B) and coverage / 1 coat: 1.25 kg ≈ 10–15 m², 3.0 kg ≈ 25–40 m², 6.0 kg ≈ 50–80 m², 12.0 kg ≈ 100–160 m².

Application (summary):

• Prepare a clean, dry, and sound substrate.
• Gently abrade the epoxy, then dust and degrease it.
• Mix slowly (double-potting recommended), then wait 2–3 min.
• Apply thinly with a short-nap roller or by spraying, “wet on dry.”
• Protect from dust and drafts.

Health and safety: 2-component product (polyol + isocyanate). Wear gloves and safety glasses, and work in a ventilated area. Perform a test on a sample of the substrate.
